How long does my carpet take to dry?
Roughly four hours. The bonnet method uses far less water than steam cleaning, so the padding never gets soaked — no soggy floor to wait on, no musty smell.
Is your cleaning safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Our cleaning solutions are non-toxic and biodegradable — safe around pets, kids, and asthmatic lungs. Many of our customers schedule us specifically for that reason.
Do you move furniture?
Only when it's necessary to do the job. Lighter pieces we'll shift; large furniture we'll clean around. We confirm what's moving on the on-site walkthrough so there are no surprises.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the job — square footage, fiber type, condition, and which services are bundled. There's a $150 job minimum. We arrive, walk the space with you, and confirm a price before any machine starts. The estimate is free.
Do you do emergency water damage at night?
